Return & Refund Policy


At sonivels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom jersey. Because each jersey is made-to-order, please review the following policy carefully:

Returns:

  • Custom jerseys cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • If your jersey is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sonivels.com with photos and a description of the issue.

Refunds:

  • Once your claim is approved, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement jersey at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are only possible for damaged or incorrect items. We cannot exchange jerseys for size, design, or style changes after the order is completed.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on items returned for reasons other than defects.
